Terms of Service
Sellers:
Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed on all services so please keep that in mind when posting services on 20ez.com. Please do not post your service if you do not agree 100% with this guideline. Customer can be refunded $20 if the service is not delivered on time or is not as described in your description.
Buyers/Sellers:
We have ZERO tolerance for “Scams” and “Adult Material” but need your help to keep it off of the site. Please flag and/or request a refund for any services that exhibit the following behaviors:
- Does not deliver on what is promised
- Delivers a completely worthless services
- Is offering an illegal / shady services
- Offering adult/pornographic services
Please use your best discretion.
Seller Fees:
There is a $4.00 seller fee that is deducted from the $20.00 service charge sent from the buyer. There is NO listing fee so feel free to list multiple gigs to see which one works best for you.
Review period:
All funds for services will be held in escrow until the service has been completed and a positive feedback has been posted. The buyer has 30 days to leave a review after the service has been completed.
If NO review (positive or negative) has been posted within 30days the service will become automatically approved and funds will be released to the seller.
If seller replies with a legitimate negative feedback, the seller will have the option to have the service redone, receive a 20ez buyers credit, or receive a refund.
If a buyer replies with a unfair negative feedback, funds will be released to the seller upon review.
The 20ez.com Guarantee:
As a buyer you will receive a 100% refund or a 20ez buyer credit (your choice) if the seller has not held up on their end of the deal. Plain and simple you will not waist your money on a service that is not what it claims to be.
As a seller you will be reworded for your hard work and we will always insure that a buyer is not abusing our refund policy buy review each situation case buy case. We understand that scam can come from either direction be it buyer or seller. If you have offered exactly or more than what you have promised and a seller request a refund you will have a chance to dispute the claim.

A note to Scammers, Spammers, and Pornographers:
As stated above, we have ZERO tolerance for scams, spam, and adult material. If your service falls under one of these categories it will be pulled immediately. Repeat offenders accounts will be terminated.
We have intentionally made our terms of service short, clear, and straight to the point to minimize confusion on what we expect. The one thing we want everyone to take away from our terms is to be honest with one another and keep in mind 20ez.com is a family site. If we all follow this one rule everything will run smoothly.
